The Science Centre offers hours of interactive science-based fun, a 100% hands-on experience!

The Sciencentre is located on Level 1 of Queensland Museum and is part of Brisbane’s Cultural Precinct. The Sciencentre is within walking distance of the Queensland Art Gallery, Gallery of Modern Art, Performing Arts Centre and the State Library of Queensland.  The Cultural Precinct sits alongside South Bank, an eclectic mix of parkland, recreational and commercial space on the Brisbane River across from the Central Business District.

Open daily from 9.30am - 5.00pm

Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day & Boxing Day. 

Open ANZAC Day from 1.30 pm.

General admission is free.  Entry charges apply to the Sciencentre and some special events and exhibitions.
